How BLASTER™ handles the personal data you leave on this site, in line with Argentina’s Personal Data Protection Law 25.326.
Who is responsible
BLASTER™ is a brand of Blumen, based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. For any question about your data, write to [email protected]. Legal name, tax ID and registered address: to be completed before publication.
What data we collect
What you give us when you write to us or fill in the forms on this site, plus usage statistics:
- WhatsApp: your number and the message you send us, to reply to you. WhatsApp handles them under its own policy.
- Certificate of analysis: batch number and email.
- ISOLATE launch notice: email.
- Usage statistics: the site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and how fast it loads. It measures page views, country, device type and browser. According to Cloudflare, it uses no cookies or local storage and does not identify people by IP address or other data. Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) processes it under its privacy policy.
What we use it for
To answer your inquiry, send you the certificate of analysis you asked for, or let you know when BLASTER™ ISOLATE is available. We do not use your data for other purposes or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
Legal basis
Your free, express and informed consent, given by ticking the box on each form or by writing to us on WhatsApp. You can withdraw it at any time.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to handle your request. Emails for the launch notice are deleted once the notice is sent or when you ask to be removed.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, updating or deletion of your data by writing to the contact email. The Agency for Access to Public Information is the supervisory authority for Law 25.326 and handles complaints about non-compliance.
Storage in your browser
This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. It stores only one preference in your browser: your confirmation of legal age, so it does not ask you again.
